Freeq Magazine Launch
New free music magazine set to stamp out all the competition in the Midlands!
Freeq Magazine, a new free music magazine for the East Midlands and Yorkshire is set to blast it's way onto the shelves by holding a blowout launch party in the heart of Nottingham.
Geared at uncovering the best in new and independent music, Freeq aims to give smaller emgering bands, artist and DJ's over a range of music genres the chance to get themselves into the limelight and get themselves heard.
The magazine is the brainchild of music website The Music Directory, which is already renowned for supporting and promoting underground music across the UK.
Press, local businesses, music industry executives and music fans alike will celebrate the launch of Freeq on the May 15 at Junktion7 at Nottingham's Canning Circus. There will be an invite-only VIP reception from 7pm , with the main event kicking off at 8pm with music from We Show Up on Radar, Spotlight Kid, Pete Liddell, Pistola Kicks, The Kull and headliner, UK Beatbox legend, THe PETEBOX.
The event is expected to be a large one, with tickets selling from www.junktion7.co.uk for just £5. Tickets can also be bought on the door on the night for £10, or £5 with a Freeq Magazine flyer.
