Bands wanted for Oxfam charity gigs in West London

We're looking for bands to play at our Oxjam events in September, in West London -

15th September at The Gunnersbury, Chiswick
18th September at Vesbar, Shepherds Bush
24th September at The Kings Head, Acton

In case you don't know, Oxjam is Oxfam’s month-long music festival. It runs all through October with hundreds of events around the UK – all organised by people who know and love music, and all in aid of Oxfam. Since its inception in 2006, more than 36,000 musicians have played to over 750,000 people at around 3,000 Oxjam events nationwide, raising more than £1.2 million in total for Oxfam.

It is a ticketed event with a voluntary workforce, and all proceeds go directly to Oxfam’s work. This in mind, we’re asking all participating artists to perform at the Oxjam fundraiser for free (and asking venues to hire out the space for free).

Tons of marketing support from local and national teams should ensure band exposure, a good night, and warm fuzzy feelings all round!
