Terms and Conditions of submitting an article.

The National Gig Guide does not allow the submission of the same or very similar contributions multiple times. You must not re-submit an article. Submissions are for the purpose of providing information not advertising, single releases and album releases by unsigned artists are not classed as advertising. Contributions containing languages other than English may be removed. You may not to impersonate another person, your contact details must be current, valid and correct.
Article submissions must be civil and tasteful. No disruptive, offensive or abusive behaviour: submissions must be constructive and polite, not mean-spirited or contributed with the intention of causing trouble.
No unlawful or objectionable content: unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, racially offensive or otherwise objectionable material is not acceptable.
You may not submit any defamatory or illegal material of any nature to nationalgigguide.com. Submitting material with the intention of committing or promoting an illegal act is strictly prohibited.
You must not violate, plagiarise, or infringe the rights of third parties including copyright, trade mark, trade secrets, privacy, publicity, personal or proprietary rights. You agree to only submit materials which are your own original work.
The National Gig Guide reserves the right to delete any article submission, or modify it's contents.
If there is conflict between these terms and the terms of use of the National Gig Guide, then terms of use of the National Gig Guide shall prevail.
These terms are governed by the laws of England. You hereby consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in England in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the nationalgigguide.com Web Site.
